What Is a Court Power of Attorney?
A Court Power of Attorney is an official legal document, notarized by a notary public, that authorizes your agent to represent you before courts, judicial authorities and the public prosecution.
It is commonly used when a person has a dispute or court case and cannot attend personally, especially when the principal lives outside the UAE.
There are two common forms: a special litigation POA limited to one case or stage, and a general litigation POA granting wider court representation powers. We help you choose the correct type.
