What Is a Vehicle Sale POA?
A Vehicle Sale Power of Attorney is a notarized special POA authorizing your agent to sell a specific vehicle and transfer its ownership to the buyer before RTA.
It is ideal for owners who want to sell a car but cannot attend personally, especially residents who left the UAE before completing the sale.
Important: RTA requires the POA to expressly mention sale and ownership transfer, and to identify the vehicle by make, model, chassis/VIN and plate number. Any error may cause rejection.
